Diploma of higher medical education - an apostille affixed to a notarized translation of the diploma of higher medical education;
Residency/Internship Diploma
Apostille affixed to the notarized translation of certificates of specialist in traumatology and orthopedics (if any);
Apostille stamped on the notarized translation of the passport;
The results of the RW, HIV, blood serum tests for antibodies (IgG) to the measles and hepatitis viruses; the result of COVID-19 test ("express" test, not later than 2 days from the moment of material collection); fluorography or X-ray of the lungs.
